We have equipped our production plant with three portable Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and provide training on their use.
We introduced BeHaPpy Boxes. They are special boxes where employees can submit their suggestions, signal issues and propose solutions.
Our safety and hygiene practices during the COVID-19 pandemic were featured in the ‘101 Good Practices in Occupational Health and Safety’ publication by the Promotor BHP journal.
We promote an active lifestyle and preventive health examinations
Sport
We encourage a healthy lifestyle. At Polfarmex, we have an in-house volleyball team called Polfarmex Volley Team. Our runners and cycling enthusiasts can also pursue their sports passions.
Disease prevention
We organise regular preventive campaigns for the prevention of female (Pink October) and male (Movember) cancers.
We encourage vaccinations. We offer our employees the opportunity to receive a free flu vaccination.
